Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind. Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at shopislandwave@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund to the original payment method

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size

  • Items ordered in the wrong color

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
